- Emphasize, that even with all the trouble in the econcomy, the number one issue is the war on terror, which means the war on Islamic Fundamentalism. This should be in every speech by McCain, Palin and every surrogate. It should be in many, many TV ads.
- Continue to emphasize Obama's associations with Ayers. Empasize how he has lied on this issue.
- Hammer hard on Obama's association with other unsavory elements - his warm relations with radical Muslim professors, his consultation with the anti-Israel Zbigniew Brezinski.
- Note how Obama has never voted against any gun control measure, no matter how restrictive. Include his vote against a law that protected the very right that the Supreme Court upheld in June 2008. Emphasize that Obama stated that he thought the DC law, which was overturned, was constitutional - and that he continues to support the same ban in Chicago - all while claiming to "support" the 2nd amendment. Empasize how he has lied on this issue.
- Emphasize Obama's support of pro-abortion extremism, including Michelle Obama's mailing supporting partial birth abortion and Obama's voting 4 times against the Illinois BAIPA, even thoutgh the 4th time it was cloned from the Federal version he now claims to "support". Empasize how he is supporting infanticide and how he has lied on this issue.

Do you believe in these reasons, or is this just a blue print to victory?
Do you really think there's some danger in Obama's past associations with Ayers, or do you just think they can score political points? I think it's the latter. By the way, in the last 12 days I think it's been shown that the majority of the public thinks the Ayers link is a nothingburger.
Obama's position on abortion in the debate the other night was a very centrist view: "But there surely is some common ground when both those who believe in choice and those who are opposed to abortion can come together and say, "We should try to prevent unintended pregnancies by providing appropriate education to our youth, communicating that sexuality is sacred and that they should not be engaged in cavalier activity, and providing options for adoption, and helping single mothers if they want to choose to keep the baby." Those are all things that we put in the Democratic platform for the first time this year, and I think that's where we can find some common ground, because nobody's pro-abortion. I think it's always a tragic situation. We should try to reduce these circumstances.

I believe in these reasons. And I also think they would make good arguments or ads. Obama says and does, at any given time, what he thinks will get him ahead. If it later proves embarassing, he lies about it - a lot. I don't delude myself that McCain is some paragon of virtue - but he's ahead of Obama by enough that I have made my choice.
I think that the idea that Obama considers Ayers "respectable" is disgusting. Ayers is a domestic terrorist who only avoided jail because of procedural errors by the authorities. More important is that Obama lied about the nature of the association. Obama does that a lot.
Obamas "centrism" on abortion is belied by all his actions on it, as a state legislator. See here and here for more information. This is not centrist at all. And once again he lies about it. My attitude on this here - I was and am horrifed by the whole thing - especially Obama's actions.

What also should be brought to light is how Obama has been groomed since the early 1990's by *mentors* of his connected with the communist party, and more.
Also, I dont know how anyone could've missed the meaning Obama's comment to Joe The Plumber- "spread the wealth", in other words- *socialist*- the group which Obama is a member of who also groomed him.
